1. Exceptional Automation Level. The production line is outfitted with an automatic loading system (comprising a transverse feeding channel and a rotating loading frame), an automatic unloading system, and an automatic material feeding system. All hole-drilling operations and steel mark engraving processes for angle steel can be completed in a single pass through the production line, with no manual intervention required. This significantly alleviates the labor intensity for operators.
2. Cost-Effective Drilling Solutions with Advanced Cooling. It is recommended to use cemented carbide drills with replaceable inserts, which are fitted with four interchangeable cutting blades and require no sharpening—substantially reducing production costs. The drilling process employs the most advanced Minimal Quantity Lubrication (MQL) cooling system. This system mixes compressed air with an ultra-small volume of lubricant (cutting oil), vaporizes the mixture, and sprays it into the machining area to achieve efficient cooling and lubrication.
3. User-Friendly Tool Replacement for Drilling Spindles. The drilling spindle is equipped with a disc spring automatic tool-clamping mechanism and a hydraulic cylinder for tool release, facilitating highly convenient tool shank replacement. The front section of the spindle incorporates a labyrinth seal for protection, a waterproof design, and an air curtain device. These features effectively prevent cutting fluid from infiltrating the interior of the spindle.
4. Robust and Stable Typing Unit with Enclosed Structure. The printing unit features a machine base-mounted bed support, a movable bed, and a hydraulic-driven press head character box. It executes printing at the positions specified in the engineering drawings in accordance with computer-generated instructions. To expand the machine’s processing scope, a manual adjustment mechanism has been integrated, enabling adjustments to the downward position of the movable body (i.e., the character head position).
