Product Usage:
The CNC angle drilling and marking machine line is primarily used for drilling and stamping large, high-strength angle steel in transmission line towers. All holes in angle steel can be drilled on this line, achieving high hole quality and positional accuracy, while also offering high production efficiency and a high degree of automation.

Product Features:
1. High degree of automation. The production line is equipped with automatic loading device (horizontal feeding channel and rotating loading rack), automatic unloading device and automatic feeding device. All holes and steel stamps on the angle steel can be processed in one go through the production line. The processing process does not require manual assistance, which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers.
2. The drilling spindle adopts Taiwan BT40 precision spindle (internal coolant), ensuring high drilling efficiency and accuracy. The drilling unit is equipped with six CNC drilling heads, three on each wing of the angle steel. Holes of the same diameter and at the same distance from the upper ends of the angle steel wings can be drilled simultaneously by the corresponding drilling heads on both sides.
3. Software with Chinese/English interface, easy operation, and can display the drawing of workpiece.
4. Easy programming, just need to input size of workpiece, diameter of holes, stadia and quantity of workpiece when edit program, or use CAD/CAM lofting software direct conversion. lt can read .NC1 files generated by TEKLA software.
5. Key hydraulic, pneumatic and electric parts all famous brands.
