This processing line consists of a transverse conveyor, an overturn conveyor, an infeed conveyor, a CNC infeed carriage, two drilling units, a marking unit, an automatic unloading conveyor, along with the corresponding hydraulic station and electric cooling system. Utilizing CNC technology and servo motors for feeding, the system ensures high efficiency and stable workpiece precision.

2. A drilling unit is installed on each side, with each unit capable of holding three drills of varying sizes. The drilling units can perform CNC-controlled movements to adjust the drilling positions, ensuring precise hole accuracy.
3. The rotation speeds of all spindles are continuously adjustable via a transducer, while the feeding speeds are also infinitely adjustable through speed control valves. The transition between rapid feeding, working feeding, and rapid withdrawal of the spindles is fully automated.

4. The drilling line includes a single marking unit, with the marking positions easily preset. Marking, clamping of the workpiece, and infeed for drilling are all powered by the hydraulic system. Key components are sourced from international suppliers. A circulating cooling system is employed to extend the lifespan of the drills.
5. Both marking and drilling are fully automated, and all completed angles are unloaded by a pneumatic turnover device, reducing the workload for operators and offering distinct advantages over other manufacturers.

6. The control system is composed of the host computer, servo motor, PLC, external monitoring switches, and other components. By simply inputting the workpiece dimensions, the processing program is automatically generated.
