Product Introduction:
This equipment is a multifunctional device that combines punching, typing, and shearing capabilities for angle steel, channel steel, and plates. With just one machine, three distinct functions can be performed on three types of metal materials.
Machine structure:
This production line consists of six components: the workpiece loading section, feeding system, main machine, finished product unloading section, electrical control system, and hydraulic power unit.

Feature and consist parts:
1. Feeding Section
The feeding section is comprised of a feeding channel and a CNC feeding carriage.
Feeding Channel: This includes conveyor rollers, brackets, frames, precision linear guideways, and lateral positioning wheels.
CNC Feeding Carriage: The feeding carriage consists of a servo motor, drive gears, synchronization belts, carriage frame, clamping rods, and clamping claws.
The workpiece is initially manually placed into the clamp. The feeding clamp is then automatically transported to the main machine for punching and shearing, driven by the servo motor, in accordance with the instructions provided by the computer.

2. Main Machine
This section is comprised of a Pressing Unit, Typing Unit, Supporting Unit, Side Punching Unit, and Shearing Unit.
Pressing Unit: This unit is designed to secure the workpiece and prevent any deviation, while also withstanding the forces generated during punching and shearing.
Typing Unit: The typing unit consists of the machine's fixed base, an oil cylinder that moves the base, a hydraulic power head cylinder, a four-position cylinder that enables the transposition of four character boxes, and a manual adjustment mechanism.
Supporting Unit: During material feeding, the supporting unit is positioned higher than the punching and typing units to prevent the angle steel from contacting the lower blade. During punching, the supporting unit is lowered below the punching and typing units to ensure the quality of punching, typing, and shearing operations.
Punching Unit: This unit features three punching positions on each side. These positions can be fitted with different diameter punching heads based on customer specifications. The punching positioning is driven by a servo motor through a ball screw and square rail system, ensuring high precision in positioning.

Shearing Unit: This unit consists of a frame body, hydraulic power cylinder, upper knife box, lower knife box, translation mechanism, pressing components, and conveying system. The machine is capable of cutting angle steel, channel steel, and plates by swapping different cutting dies.
The feeding system is designed to prevent the angle steel from contacting the lower blade. Different profiles can be cut by changing the molds accordingly.
3. Finished Workpiece Unloading Unit
This section includes a workpiece support roller and a support shaft.
By pressing the button, the workpiece can be ejected to the left or right side, depending on customer specifications.

4. Hydraulic Power Section
This machine is equipped with a standalone hydraulic station, which facilitates easy maintenance of the equipment. All pipe joints are connected using ferrule-type fittings, effectively preventing joint leakage. The hydraulic valves are integrated through a valve block, utilizing both plate valves and cartridge valves simultaneously. The piping connections are optimized for a more compact hydraulic system, minimizing pipeline losses and ensuring the full utilization of system efficiency.
5. Electrical Control
The machine’s electrical control system is both advanced and well-structured, offering simple programming and user-friendly operation. The control software continuously monitors the machine's performance, and in the event of a malfunction, the CRT screen displays detailed information about the fault and suggested corrective actions.
