3. As a comprehensive, all-in-one solution, this equipment eliminates the need for supplementary tools or mold adjustments, thereby streamlining and optimizing the entire production setup process.

4. Through the integration of Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) technology, this system guarantees precise bending of workpieces, consistently upholding stringent product quality standards while simultaneously improving overall production efficiency.

 

5. The equipment is outfitted with a fully integrated hydraulic system and an advanced electrical control unit, offering a sophisticated configuration that ensures intuitive, user-friendly operation, reliable and safe performance, and the ability to meet the demands of high-volume production.

 

6. Cold-pressing technology is perfectly suited for processing angle steel components with dimensions up to L100×L100×10 (mm), provided that the required bending angle does not exceed 5 degrees.

7. The standard cycle time for cold-pressing operations is 10 seconds per workpiece, whereas the thermal processing cycle lasts 120 seconds per unit (subject to the material grade and dimensional specifications of the components being processed). Furthermore, fabrication begins only after the heating temperature reaches 800 degrees Celsius (the red-hot phase), with process parameters meticulously defined based on the material type and the required bending angle tolerances.

8. During the thermal treatment phase, once the process parameters are set, operators can initiate the cycle by either pressing the start button or activating the foot pedal switch to commence the fully automated operation sequence. This sequence follows a predefined series of steps, including the heating feed, application of thermal energy, retraction of heating elements upon completion, clamping and compressing of the workpiece, ram lifting, and, finally, the unloading and retrieval of the processed workpiece.

9. In the integrated thermal processing and cold-pressing mode, once the process parameters are configured, cold-pressing operations can commence without delay. The pressure ram does not need to return to its home position; instead, the lower pressing die is raised to create a 100mm clearance, allowing for the easy removal of the workpiece. This streamlined operational flow substantially enhances overall process efficiency.
