1. The hydraulic disk marking system is available as an optional feature. The disk is positioned using a servo motor and can quickly mark up to 36 distinct characters.

2. The automatic scribing and tapping functions replace the conventional manual scribing process. Scribing tools are utilized to mark plate positions for the subsequent welding operation on H-beam flanges and webs, reducing time and labor while enhancing precision. Tapping can also be carried out on H-beam flanges and webs, significantly boosting production efficiency.

3. The clamping of the workpiece during feeding and processing, as well as the longitudinal lifting of the clamp, lateral push clamping, and the securing and release of the clamps, are all managed by the hydraulic system. This ensures the reliable operation of the equipment throughout the process.
