1. The feeding mechanism of the equipment employs a CNC carriage-based clamping and feeding system. This advanced configuration not only enables rapid material conveying to meet efficient production needs but also ensures exceptional positioning precision, effectively laying a solid foundation for stable and accurate subsequent machining processes.

2. Three BT40 high-speed spindles are utilized for drilling operations on the three surfaces of H-beams. It is equipped with carbide drill bits, and the spindle rotational speed can reach up to 3000rpm, ensuring high processing efficiency and excellent drilling performance. Additionally, the chips generated during the drilling process are transported via a chain-type chip conveyor.

3. The cooling system adopts mist cooling technology, integrating both internal and external cooling functions. Each drilling spindle box is equipped with a dedicated external cooling nozzle and an internal cooling connector, allowing selection based on specific drilling requirements.
